About Gulf Daleel

Gulf Daleel is an independent site of free calculators and tools for everyday questions people in the Gulf ask: How much end-of-service gratuity am I owed? How many leave days do I have left? How much zakat should I pay? How much VAT is on this invoice?

Why we built it

Many of these questions have a clear answer in the law, but the official texts are long and hard to apply to your own salary and dates. So we turn each rule into a simple calculator, and explain the rule, the formula and worked examples next to it, with a link to the official source.

What we commit to

• Sources first: every tool is based on an official text that we name on the page.
• Testing: every calculator is checked against hand-worked cases before it is published.
• Privacy: calculations run in your browser, and we do not store the numbers you enter.
• Independence: the site is not affiliated with any government body or employer.
